The technical level of metal stamping parts

Since many stamping plants are affiliated with automakers, the market for stamped parts is far from being well-developed or fully mature. However, the market for small stamped components is highly mature in certain regions of southern China. Since many stamping plants are affiliated with automakers, the market for stamped parts is far from being well-developed and fully established. However, the market for small stamped components has become quite mature in certain regions of southern China. Based on the current situation, the Chinese market for stamped parts faces the following issues:
(1) Some production capacities are oversupplied, and stamping plants within certain OEMs are neither able to shut down nor can they keep operating. For most of the year, production tasks are insufficient, and there’s virtually no market activity.
(2) The market for stamped parts used in household appliances and electrical equipment is highly competitive. However, there are relatively few companies that have established themselves and possess international competitiveness. (3) No one has conducted a serious study of the stamped parts market. As a result, the stamped parts market is chaotic and disorganized. Given this market situation, technological development is constrained, and the entire industry lags behind, as evidenced by:
(1) The overall level is low; many industries suffer from overcapacity and lack high-end technology. Technological progress is slow.
(2) Material technology, mold technology, lubrication technology, and equipment levels are all at a relatively low standard, falling far short of meeting the needs of domestic production development.
